The stylist did my braids so tight 3 of them ripped out and was in the salon over 10 hours. My head was washed in the bathroom sink with dollar shampoo, my hair was brushed roots to end and excessive tugging causing breakage. The stylist that I originally thought was gonna braid my hair told the stylist braiding my hair to leave out my edges and to not do my box braids tight and the exact opposite was done. The stylist braiding my hair did not speak English and the stylist before her that did had already left so me saying not too tight even though she was told previously was an issue and my scalp was suffering. Ended up taking the braids out after 3 weeks do to breakage, burning, itching, and tight bumps. All stylist may not be this way but my experience was horrible should have stuck with what I knew.
