I have NEVER in my life been so dissatisfied with the service of what I thought was supposed to be a professional business. I wouldn't recommend wasting money or time. What I wanted done with my own hair was irrelevant. My opinions were completely ignored. When I finally did say something about my butchered hair, I was told I was wrong. I left in tears and immediately had to go buy 100$ worth of extensions to fix the damage. I asked for a refund because I couldn't get over the fact that I had just payed 30$ for something my 2 yr old son could have done. That was also handled rudely on their part. And since they "stand behind their haircuts 100%" whether they be disastrous or not, nothing was done. Wort service I could ever imagine.
