Very nice people and helpful.

My niece is in the hospital states away called up and everything was so easy!

I ordered a basket of chocolates, biscotti, etc. via a 1-800 FTD florist and gift baskets. They sent the order to Coggins, it was a cheap basket with fruit and cheese straws, peppermints and a chocolate bar. Called the company and complained, they said they would send a replacement basket, next day got a cheap little basket with cheese, nuts, cheese straws and pickled asparagus, litte chocolate. Don't know which end the disconnect was on, but I won't use either again.

Ordered flowers for delivery prior to Valentine's day. Flowers were never delivered on Valentine's day. There was no effort to call me with the reason why no delivery was ever made. I called three times near the end of the day to find out status of delivery with no cooperation at all from the employees. I also received contradictory information between two different employees on two of the phone calls made which meant one employee was not being honest with me. Would not recommend this business at all.
