Very unhappy with them. They refused to return phone calls, text messages, and emails when we were without hot water and trying to care for an elderly patient. He plumbed in 2 houses for us (including the hot water heater in question) and abandoned us. Didn't even have the courtesy to let us know he was not coming--just ignored us.
