I wish I could rate them with negative stars. Ordered a wristlet and boutinierre for Senior Prom to have ready on 6/1/12 after 2 PM. I came a little early and there was a line of people so I figured my order wouldn't be ready and it wasn't. I was told to come back after 2 which I did. There was someone waiting for her order-just a boutinierre which wasn't ready. I was told mine wasn't ready, he's "working on it" and to come back. I said no, I'll wait. I waited over an hour and still not ready. 9 other people came in and only 2 orders were ready. I also over heard the mother talking on the phone trying to get hydrangeas for a wedding the next day-the poor bride! After the hour of waiting, and I guess the mother of the owner feeling pressure of a whole store full of customers waiting for orders not ready, she proceeded to start cursing at us and saying F you, we'll never see you again so why do we care! The son, making the orders was trying to apologize for her but she kept cursing at the customers and saying it wasn't their fault- uh hum, it is their business! Totally un-professional, un-organized and I will never ever do business with them again and I will tell my story to everyone I know. After the mother started cursing, I walked out of the store without the flowers for my daughter's senior prom. I then called Ward's florist in Newton, explained my dilemna and the woman at Ward's made up both the wristlet and boutinierre and it was ready by the time I drove the 15 minutes over to them on Rt. 206!!! Go WARD'S!!!
