I recently had some work done on my 1998 Subaru (replaced the knock sensor) . The work was done on a timely basis.My only grip is that the sensor cost only $80 but I was charged $133 for the part. I think a 65% mark up on a part that's delivered to them is taking advantage of the situation. This is a repair shop not a retail store. A reasonable mark-up is around 20-30% not 65%.
