What a nice place to live in the area. We love our apartment and haven't really had any issues. Walking around the community with our dog is great, it's so nice to live in a pet friendly community like this one.

DON'T LIVE HERE--management is uncaring and awful; they have to come back several times to fix things right. Then manager Will is horrible!! He will not address any concerns and hides behind the management. The surface roads are horrible; they will not salt when it snows. They office staff is just as bad, they are nice to you when you first sign lease and then they forget you. If anything happens to your apartment YOU are responsible for getting it fixed. They will not help you. They had over 40 apartments flood due to 20 year old piping that they do a bad job patching up. Resident complaints go to a place called "resident services" to some law firm in CA; the law firm WILL NOT ANSWER YOU!!! The manager will not address your issue unless you hear from resident services



This has to be the most awful place I have ever lived.. PLEASE save yourself some heart ache and don't live here!!!

I've lived there twice (yes unfortunately twice) but the second time was the problem! The "remodeled" units were basically just the old paneling being painted white. The doors stuck because they had so many coat of paint on them. The cabinets in the kitchen were falling off the wall (scary!!). They let just anyone move in...really ghetto! Neighbors kept us up all night, and even reports to the office did nothing. Their leasing office didn't clearly explain the rules and regs, and the lease failed to include the pet agreement, which ended up in us having to get rid of our pets. No one in that office knows what's going on, the place is a dump. Garbage is strewn around, you have to call to have grounds come and clean up around your apartment. Maintenance takes 3-4 times to properly fix things. The only reason we chose this complex is because of our pets that we ended up having to get rid of anyway. Definately not worth the money, time or effort.
