This was my second time boarding my dogs. First time at this facility. First impression was great. When I picked them up I was pretty bummed that the were not able to socialize with other dogs for the 3 days they were there. I was under the impression that they would be. Well whatever I can get over that. However both my dogs contracted kennel cough. I have never seen them so sick. 2 different trips to the vet. They didn't catch this at the other facility they were at and they were with other dogs. I completely understand that this is a risk you take at all boarding places, but come on! They weren't even around other dogs! Very upsetting. We will not be going back to On Command.

I walked in to inquire about training for a therapy dog and day boarding. Everyone was so enthusiastic and very informative. I am, well was, shopping around for a training facility. This facility is very very clean and very well organized. I am looking forward to enrolling!!

My dogs go to Daycare at On Command and they LOVE it. One of them is a total "Mamas boy" and doesn't usually like to go anywhere with anyone except me-but he is happy to go to OC. They both come back exhausted and sleep the rest of the day (excellent!).

I cannot express enough how much I love Bear and the entire crew at On Command. Not only do they provide great group and individual dog training, and got my great dane to stop attacking people (including kids!!) but they have the best boarding on the planet. They might love my dog as much I as do!! It is hard to go away and leave your pet somewhere, but it makes me feel soooooo good to know that everyone knows my dog's name and he is so happy to go there.

I am so impressed with OnCommand. They are a very professional business and the workers are wonderful. The facility is very safe and clean



My dogs always come out of there happy and worn out from all of the play time! Now I can go on vacations and know my fur babies are having their own vacation!!

My little Rocky sings to me when we get close he is so excited to go! Never have a I taken a pet somewhere where they are so excited to get in the door.

First of all...I'd like to say I would give this place 10 stars if I could. I absolutely love the staff at On Command. My dog went in for a two week training and although it was hard to let him go that long, it was so worth it. He had an amazing trainer Courtney and all the techs were so patient with him and gave him so much love. They called me to give me updates and always called me back and answered my crazy questions when I was being a worried mom! I see such a growth in him and a whole new man! I know this journey is only beginning and we have a lot of in home training to continue but thank you to the team, especially Courtney for laying the foundation for success. I will be taking him back for daycare!

I took our troublesome 14 year old dog for the first time to On Command, I was very worried because he has a bad reputation for getting groomed!! Well, that has all changed!! CeCe took him and after she was done with him, he looks great and believe it or not she said he was good!! We were shocked!! They have certainly won us over, that place is fabulous!! So clean and organized, plus the rates are so reasonable!! We will definitely return and I plan on taking our other dog there too!!! So glad we discovered this place!!!

I Have been taking my dog here since it opened on Longley Ave.... Everything is Top Notch, clean, friendly, professional. I've used the daycare, boarding and Grooming services, and I'm a very happy, Repeat customer. Dude Loves the daycare and all the staff.

On command is fantastic, I'm stunned to see they have such a low rating. We used them for training and boarding, it's expensive but worth it. Our dog loves going there and is excited to see the staff/trainers. Courtney is fabulous she really has a connection with the animals. The entire staff their will know your dog by name and give you status updates if you board. Highly recommend them!

Jamie does a fantastic job grooming my dog. I am never disappointed!

I am so happy my dog and I found On Command! My little one started her training program with OC at 1 year 11 months. Why this long? Because we had used a different training program first. I had her in Petsmart training which is very treat/clicker based but it didnt' stick. The classes at OC are SO much different and she is responding so well to them. I've never seen my dog do a better sit/stay/heel then since she's had this class. The owners at OC attend the class if not run it themselves which I find really refreshing. Their facility is beautiful and CLEAN and my dog is always happy to go there. We haven't used their boarding services yet but plan to soon! Pippa got her first groom today and looks wonderful- they even put a little bandana on her!

I placed our two King Charles for five days. I can honestly say they had a great stay. I could tell they were well cared for and loved. I had them bathed prior to picking them up. Their coats were shinny and smooth. The staff was friendly and professional. The place was spotless. Thank you

Wowwweee! What an amazing difference just one private lesson made! We took our 3 pups in for a private lesson with Marilyn and learned so much! We can already see a difference just from the one session.

We got our first family dog (a sweet but very smart and energetic german shepherd) in February and quickly realized we had no idea what we were doing. ;). As soon as she was old enough we enrolled her in training and the difference in her behavior using the tools we are learning has been night and day. Not only has it helped with our dog, but they have been patient and understanding with us too as we navigate through the unfamiliar territory of dog ownership. Thank you Courtney and Barry!

Great Place for dogs & Very clean place.

Love Berry and his training never have i seen someone totally change a pet to do the right things.He did wonders with dogs and i never thought it would be possible. I went to his daycare and boarding facility -- wow what a great place to bring your pet, after checking on other facilities in Reno my dogs will always be boarded there where the staff truly love your pet. Berry is so pleasant to talk with, he makes me feel great about leaving my dogs. and even there groomer was wonderful. please go and check him and his facility out you too will be very happy and comfortable leaving you babies.
