This was my first time here and this is the worse experience I’ve ever had. I can’t speak for the salon as a whole but the “stylist” that did my hair did a terrible job. She offered to “fix” my hair without charging me more. I came back and my hair only got worse. I insisted I get it fixed or at least some money back because it was no where close to what I asked for. After confronting her about it she refused to fix it because she said she did her job and threatened me with calling the police. Long story short I got ripped off, my hair is fried and now I look like a carrot top lol.

Next time I’ll do my research before trusting anyone with my hair. Definitely proved that having a cosmetology certificate doesn’t make you a good cosmetologist.

The manager seemed to handle the whole situation very smoothly so that is why I cannot bash the salon as a whole just the individual. I would look at her work before letting Mary Silva touch your hair. (After everything happened I also realized she didn’t have pictures of her work, again my mistake.)

I don’t think I’ve ever had to write a bad review till now. Mary Silva gave me horrible attitude and started yelling even though she knew this was terrible work. I had higher expectations for someone who claimed to work in this field for 16 years.

Lesson learned.
