I would NEVER recommend Joe’s Bobcat Service to anyone to use this contractor, and rate him with a 0!
Joe’s Bobcat Service was hired to build a foundation pad for a horse barn. He NEVER finished the job, and ignored the barn company that tried to correct the sizing of the pad, and ignored attempts to communicate with the owner of the non-profit company that hired him!
He took his money and walked away from completing the project!
This is his report card!
• Abandoned project
• Ignored direction from barn company and property owner
• Did not provide requested receipt for company accounting
• Displayed conflictive attitude
• Left base rock on top of pad that is unusable for horses
• Did not respond to text requests and concerns
