Super nice people. They did a great job. My family has all gone here so I decided to try them out. I am glad I did. They answered all my questions, told me exactly what was going on and why. I appreciated that.

After a co-worker hit my ol Chevy , his insurance tricked us by taking our car here instead of the shop I actually wanted to work on my car. These guys work with a shady insurance adjuster from the Hartford to do subpar work and make a huge profit. During the repair, I went to get something out of my car. They were sand blasting a truck in the bay next to mine with no protection used for mine. Sure enough on delivery of my car, the side closest to the truck they were working on had scratches on the paint. They tried to blame "laquor check" when the paint was perfect before the accident. Stay away!!

So I had a fender bender a few years back in my subaru and I thought I was s.o.l. I took it to J&F and they made it better than when I bought it. Then a few months later after talking and bugging the painter there w my crazy ideas took it back and got a custom paint job on my subaru. I coudnt believe my eyes when I got it back. Great employees here and a great shop dog in the office too. I will recomend this shop to everyone!

It's never fun getting into a car accident, but Jackson & Farmer definitely made the experience a lot less stressful. The office was very nice and made me feel right at home. Jim really knows his stuff! You can tell he knows what he is talking about and was very informative. My car looks amazing! I got my car back in a very timely fashion. I really liked how they took the time to wash (and even vacuum!) my car when it was done! Everyone (including the office dog Bo) were so nice! Hopefully, I won't be in need of there services any time soon. But should I need my car repaired again Jackson & Farmer is where I will be going!

The staff was really great to me and explained everything that was going on since insurance stuff is confusing. I was in a really bad accident where I was injured and the car was in bad shape. When I got it back, it was beautiful and clean. I'm so happy with them.

If you want any body work done avoid this place at all costs. Had a custom hood done and within 6 months the seam started rusting. I return to Jackson and Farmer and they say they will not warranty the work they said they gauranteed. Bottom line is it wasnt prepped right and they refuse to admit it. They wont warranty work they gauranteed.
