I have been to this Fantastic SAMs twice and I can honestly say I will never go again. The first time I called and made an appt. for my daughter. We showed up fifteen minutes before, and we were told we were next. Fine, great, that's the whole point of making an appt.! Then we saw person after person go in front of us. After 20 minutes I said something, and somehow the slip had been "misplaced." Despite this incident, I gave them a second chance, because I realize everyone has an "off" day. Today, made appt. again, got there early again, told we were next, waited 30 minutes, went to counter to say something, was told they were running behind. Argh! Why not tell me that when I got there? Equally annoying was the rude hairdresser, not assistant, who gave me condescending look, like I was stupid to think I expected to get my haircut at my appt. time. I will never go there again. I will not suggest to my friends, and I don't recommend you to go there either.
