The manager is very nice. The people that give bad reviews are just upset that they were kicked out for not paying their rent!!!

Don't go here in less you can live with bed bugs the whole apartment has them

I Lived in these apts when they were the ghetto 'Royal Arms' Then about 6 years ago they started to get alot better they have improved so much over the years. I just recently moved back and it has made a tremendous change from something you would see in the projects to a place me and my kids call home I have had problems but the manager and wonderful maintnance crew have no problem fixing these problems. They are very friendly and make it feel more like home. As long as pats the manager and kenny is the maintnance man then belle haven is the place to be.
