Damaged clothing

They damaged two of my garments. It took them about three weeks to give me one of the items back, no wonder why, they had ripped a button out in my leather jacket. I asked the manager to contact me, she never did. After two months of going back and forth with the issue, they refused to fix my jacket. The manager said it was a malfunction of the jacket... Dishonesty at its finest. Complete disregard for customer's time and complete ignorance of a concept called "Customer Service." They'd rather lose a customer instead of making things right.
