We were literally heartbroken when we saw a photo of the bouquet my mother got from T's Petals for Mother's Day. We ordered through FTD and we ordered the LARGEST bouquet from the tier and what she received was not even equal to the smallest and it was not even arranged, it was just a few flowers and a ton of greenery shoved into a vase. When you spend $80.00 on a bouquet you should get what you ordered and when we called T's she said she would send a new bouquet out and a box of chocolates as an apology. The second bouquet arrived and it was WORSE than the first and there was no box of chocolates. Thank you T's for ripping me off and spoiling my moms Mothers Day!

I came here to write a review about my mother's day flowers and I am quite surprised to see any bad reviews for this business!! I have been getting flowers from this company for years and they have ALWAYS been WONDERFUL!! My mothers day bouquet was perfect! The owner of the shop is the nicest lady ever! She always makes me feel welcomed when I come in and she will go above and beyond to make sure I'm happy. If you need a florist I highly recommend this one! I have been in many flower shops and this is by far my favorite!

My husband ordered me flowers for Mother's Day from T's Petals and I just have to say its the best flower arrangement I have ever received!! The flowers were beautiful!! I will order from T's Petals from now on!

I am deployed and ordered flowers online for Valentines Day and this is the shop that got the order. Flowers showed up not even in bloom and the arrangement looked like a 2 year old put it together. Complained to the online company and got a refund. Now the shop is coming by her house asking for the flowers and chocolates back and leaving notes on the door harassing her!!!! Stay away from this place!!!! I'd give it no stars if I could.

Awesome--I called long distance not knowing what to expect as with most bussiness's the ads always appear nicer than finished delivered product--

This is the best flower shop in town. The lady was so nice to my children and I she even gave them a free balloon.

I will never go anywhere else! Also the flowers were fresh and the prices are great!

I highly recommend this floral service for someone who needs floral service. They have new owners as of Dec. 26, 2009. They have good customer service and the flowers are good and fresh.They would go out of there way to help customers and there needs. They were willing to deliver an arrangement after hours for me. I will definitely come back for all my floral needs. They're open on Sunday at 9am but, I needed to pick up an arrangement at 6:30am which was before store hours and they were there with my 3 beautiful arrangements.

This was the WORST florist experience I have ever had...I placed an order thru FTD for a special florial arrangment for my sister's anniversary. My sister sent me a picture of the flowers and I was totally shocked to see that the floral arrangment that I had purchased was not the floral arrangment that I had ordered. I recontacted FTD and they promised my sister would get the corrected floral arrangment. The florist did not call my sister to be sure she was home and they tried to deliver the flowers and her husband was in the shower. When she got home she called the florist and the response was very snotty and short. I again called FTD and now the order has been cancelled and placed with a more reputable florist in the Tacoma area.
