Bad Service

It was my first time at the Zales Outlet in Southlake and I was there purchasing a watch for my husband. I found the one I liked and bought it. When I got home and read the 20 feet receipt, there it was...NO RETURNS! I feel that the sales person should have mentioned that to me. What if he didn't like the watch?
