I did my back to school shopping 3 weeks early, and would not let my son wear his new shoes until the first day of school. First day of school was Mondady and he was so excited to finally get to wear his shoes. He pulls out the box and is putting on the shoes only to find that the box held 2 right shoes in two differents sizes. With sadness and a few tears, we had to dig out his old shoes and clean them up. On his first day of school it was sad to have him wear old shoes that did not fit, or match his new clothes. We called to see what they could do to correct the error and they could only give me an option of 2-3 days shipping, as it was policy and could not be overnighted. Shouldn't it policy to check the shoes that are purchased?
