The best experience I had after I visited 6 bridal salons in DFW. They have huge selections, the consultants are very professional. I bought my wedding gown there. I love my dress, it's very unique style and super great price! They also have the best selections of bridesmaid dresses. That's another great thing I love Bridal Designs. Consulants are very good at helping all my bridesamds, even the ones live out of town. I highly recommend them to everybody.

Terrible. Don't be scammed by this business I December I went to the Bridal designs store in Southlake to register for bridal and bridesmaid dresses. My wedding was in May. The owner directed me to a style of bridesmaid dresses that she said was the newest and hottest thing. After looking at them I agreed that they were very nice so I decided to order them for my bridesmaids regardless of the more expensive price tag. My bridesmaids came to the store and were all fitted for their dresses. The dresses were suppose to take 8-10 weeks for arrival. 10 weeks came and went and still no sign of the dresses, just a constant run around. Approximately, 2 weeks before the wedding I was notified that the dress style was discontinued and would not be delivered. She would not refund our money stating that it was not her fault that the dresses were discontinued. The only way to meet the deadline of my wedding was for my wedding party to choose from some of the god awful bridesmaid dresses that she had in stock. The dresses did not match the groom outfits and were so cheaply made that the seams of 3 of the dresses tore before the wedding even started and had to be pinned on. Needless to say I was furious with this bridal store. The owner is very rude and unaccommadating. She ruined my special day, and could care less. Don't waste your money on this store. She has a poor C rating with the better business bureau, which says enough.

Yes their prices may be reasonable, but their service is horrible! The owner had my bridal gown for the past month and a half and "claims" that she called and left me a message to pick it up. If I hadn't picked it up or called within the next week, wouldn't you think I didn't receive the message? Obviously not to her. And to top it off she's been holding my bridesmaids dresses (which need to be altered) for the past 2 weeks!!! And also another claim that they had left me a message. I just don't understand how a supposed "Bridal Shop" can be so IRRESPONIBLE!!! Especially when they know, I live out of town and that half of my bridesmaids live out of town! DO NOT SHOP THERE!!!! You may experience the same thing.
