They have really good food but...

They have really good food but I wouldn't go there if I had any plans for the afternoon. The service is SLLOOOOWWWW. The people that work there are so nice and the food and atmosphere are great, but the service is so slow that it's almost unbelievable. I've gone there twice on my lunch break (thinking the first time must have been a fluke) with a co-worker and from the time we walked in the door, it literally took 45-50 minutes to actually receive our food. I get an hour for lunch so by the time we actually get our food, we can't even enjoy it because we have to eat it so fast. If they can improve their service, I think this place would take off. Definitely room for improvement.
