I was a walk-in there, and the woman at the desk took me. Don't know who she was, but older woman. All I needed was a trim, wanted my hair shaped-up, just following my previous haircut, angling it toward my face. When I turned to the mirror, I had a 1980's shag, and she had cut so much off--it was way too short. I wasn't happy at all, she didn't follow the cut I had, I didn't have any angle at all, and one side was shorter than the other, ---but I didn't want the other side cut shorter to match since I'd be bald. She also made thicker bangs than I had, so now I have to grow those out. NEVER AGAIN!
