These are absolutely awful people. The will not stop calling our house, multiple times a day. Even at 4:30 in the morning while my children are sleeping! I finally answered the phone and asked them to stop calling and the woman told me to stop being rude and went off. Get a real job lady and stop harassing people for a living. Really, awful people.

I enjoyed everyone I met at this business because they are all very polite and helpful. I would do business here anytime!

We just bought our house and almost from day one these people were calling us or showing up at our door offering us a "free wax" of our floors. We declind for weeks until we finally got tired of them hasseling us, waking our 18 month old from naps and bedtime, interupting our unpacking and painting, forcing us to stay inside because everytime we worked outside someone came walking up the drive trying to sell their product to us- and so we said yes they could do the free waxing. Well they showed up did not even have the wax attachment with them and would not leave until we finally relented and bought the vaccuum ( 4 hours later ) which we did not want, but was trold we had a grace period to change our minds- we could not stand the sales pitch for one more minute and jumped at the chance to get her out of the house- we have a 900 sq foot house and one room has a rug why would we need a vacuum like this right? So needless to say to have some peace we bought the thing and they promised to come back with the wax attachments and bags- never heard boo from them again- but the rip-off part the woman assured us we have 30 days to make up our mind- after 4 days we knew we had no use or ROOM for the vaccum so we called to tell them to take it back. We were told not only won't they do that- that by law we could not even resell it to anyone! They also insisted we needed to give them 5 names of our friends and after the ordeal we had been through we refused- the woman told us we could look up 5 names in the phone book or they would charge us another 100.00- Today I know better and I realize I could call the police to remove overbearing sales people - and if anyone from Kirby ever set foot on my porch again I would do just that. Do not under any circumstances deal with these people- I have never encountered such a scam in my life- and to harass new home owners to the point they feel boxed in and helpless and forced to buy a product they dont want just to have some peace- is ridiculous.
