Saw a bunch of hype on facebook about this restaurant and had to check it out. The rooftop is awesome, we sat in an area off to the side with sofas, the tables had cool lights in them. Food was great, make sure you try the garlic bread and the pistachio cheese cake. Our server was also polite and friendly.

A group of 12 of us visited Cava for a business dinner after a day of meetings and we all loved this restaurant.

We started with the grand seafood tower which was HUGE. All the oysters and crab legs tasted fresh. We also tried many other appetizers and they were all great.

For dinner I ordered the 8oz filet which was cooked to perfection. A couple others ordered the sea bass, salmon, and some ordered the penne ala vodka which they raved about.

The one thing I have to point out is the service. We never had to wait long for anything and our glasses were always full. One pet peeve I have is when all the meals don’t come out at the same time in a group and Cava didn’t disappoint. We all received our meals within seconds of each other.

This place is TERRIBLE don't waste your time! Service is horrible, went for dinner on the rooftop with friends waited over 1 hour for our meals, waitress tells us after complaining that the ticket is lost. We asked to cancel the order then they charge us $10.00 each as a cover charge because we had drinks and didn't have dinner ( they lost our dinner ticket )!

Terrible experience! The so called manager Anthony Papacristo has A LOT to learn about customer service and sad to say is a terrible representation of the Cava brand.

Drinks are weak and food is not great. Again, don’t waste your time!

Very pleased with my recent visit to cava for dinner. The rooftop section of the restaurant is absolutely amazing and a great scenery for a dinner on a beautiful night. The servers were very polite and on point. The variety of food there is to choose from is extensive. With the wide variety it was a hard decision to choose what to eat since it all sounded good. For an appetizer I went with the calamari which I highly recommend to order. For dinner I went with the penne al vodka which was very delicious and didn't disappoint. So overall, the service was great and the food was top of the line. Definitely worth the money.

Been going to Cava for years. Every time the servers are always pleasant, ambiance is romantic, and food is tasty. Always go for special celebrations... never disappoints.

The hostess was very friendly and all of the food came out in a timely manner. The server paid attention to everything we needed and even made some good recommendations for dinner. Dessert tray is showed after dinner and I had a hard time deciding which dessert to choose.

This restaurant is indeed the best of the best fine dining experience. It has a very romantic atmosphere with gracious service. Every entree was phenomenal, the experience of a lifetime for world traveler foodies.

I just hosted my parents 50th anniversary party there in one of their private rooms and from the food to the service everything was top notch. I would definitely host another party there!

This is one of my favorite restaurants around this area. I have been there several times. The food is always tasty and never disappointing. Servers are extremely knowledgeable about the menu and always help guide me to what I'm in the mood for. The atmosphere is extremely luxurious and classy. They always keep the place decorated for each season.

Just hosted my sons rehearsal dinner at Cava and everyone was raving about it! I couldn't of made a better choice. The staff was extremely helpful, polite and on point throughout the whole night. The food was phenomenal, hot and served right on time for all 50 of us. As far as the atmosphere goes, all I have to say is after searching Hartford county area I couldn't find a more beautiful looking restaurant to host the dinner. I also heard they decorate amazing for the holidays can't wait to go back!

The Hilton recommend Cava for a nice local business dinner and did not disappoint. It was right down the street from the hotel and had amazing food. I will be returning when I am in the area next time!

The food was delicious of course, the waiter was not very interactive although she was very kind to us. The restaurant itself is a bit dark and gloomy. Besides that I had a wonderful time

I went to cava over the weekend after being referred by some friends. My husband and I had a great meal. We loved the calamari and the zuppa di pecse! We can't wait to come back, were hooked !

I recently was in town for business and the hotel right up the road recommended the restaurant. It was very convenient to get to and the place lived up to what they said. Great food with reasonable prices. I had a salad, chicken frances, and a cocktail for $30. The only negative thing was that it was a little dark but I guess thats what makes it romantic. There was couples all around the restaurant enjoying the peaceful romatic setting. If I didn't live so far away I would be going back much sooner.

Don't waste your money unless you want to be rushed out. Met friends there at 6. Was back in my house in next town over by 8! After we spent $250! Waitress told us she was ready for us to pay because there was a line at the door. Thought this was very rude. When I said something to the manager(which I think she's actually the owner) She was very rude and unfriendly. I think this is the same woman that a previous reviewer thought was the hostess. In other bad reviews her attitude is a common theme. Will never go back and would discourage anyone else from going. So much for a leisurely dinner with old friends.

My friend was telling me that I have to go check out cava and she just loved everything about it. So my husband and I made dinner reservations this past friday night for 6:30 and when we arrived 20 minutes late they accomadated us right away and gave us the next table available (the place was packed). I was extremely pleased with our meals. My Sea Bass special was fresh and the rissoto was rich and creamy how it should be. The service was right on point didn't have to wait long for anything and didn't feel rushed either. The atmosphere was over the top and ornate, made me feel like I stepped into a magazine picture. Can't wait to go back!

Just a great meal! I go out to eat often and when I find a good restaurant I have to complement. The restaurant was magnificent from start to finish. I went there with my girl friend and we both loved out meals. I had the bolognese $18 and my girlfriend had the chicken marsala $19. We both had a glass of wine $7 and dessert. Total bill was $62, not to bad for a fine dining dinner. I will definetely be going back more often.

Amazing ... Just got back from the restaurant and was so impressed that I had to write a review. The place couldn't look anymore spectacular for the holidays, and I have never scene any thing like it. A must see restaurant for the holidays and the food is equally as good. Seriously ignore those last reviews and keep reading the other ones. Those negative people are probably miserable with there own lives to be complaning about such a nice restaurant... I just don't get it.
