Awful costumer service

Walked in to pay a bill. The worker was arguing on the phone with what I can only assume was his girlfriend. Hangs the phone up and irritated because I was there and acted as if I was interfering in his drama. Then says to me, "Boy, you guy don't waste anytime getting in here right when I open". Very rude and will never step foot in there again!
