The owner - and really all people behind that counter - treat everyone like family. From the first time I walked in several years ago through just about a week ago, I see all customers are each treated like the most important person to ever walk in that store.
They do not rest until everything is perfect from a customer perspective.
They will do special orders, get hard-to-find items, make GREAT suggestions for wine and whiskey, and whatever else is needed to make customer satisfied.

Definitely a clean, well-stocked store with unique service that is superior to any retail place I have visited in Metro Detroit.
