Absolute worst experience. Very bad customer service. The owner is extremely rude. Beware and save your money.

I go to the girl who does eyebrows there often...i get my eyebrows done once a month and she is who I go to...I followed her to 3 shops, everytime she moved because she does good work. However, yesterday was the last time going to her and I definitely will stop all refferals. The customer service was TERRIBLE! She was doing nails when i entered, i told another lady i wanted my eyebrows done, she told me sit in the chair. I sat there about 25 mins the eyebrow girl walked pass several times, didnt acknowledge that i was there, nor told me how long she would be. She finished one girls nails and instead of coming over to do my eyebrows which would have taken 5 mins because she is really quick, and that is what she specializes in...she starts doing another persons nails, still all the while never acknowledged me being there. I got tired of it and just got up and left. She has definitely lost a customer and i give her plenty of referrals. Never again.
