This business sucks. Helen Oliver Brooks, Is a slum landlord, she didn't fix anything, the apartment was MICE and RAT infested, she did nothing about it. The roof was leaking rain in the apartments messed up the tenants belongs, and she stated it was our responsibilty, to replace everything. She put new windows in with no insulation whatsoever, the apartment was ice cold in them (with children living there). The paint had lead in it. It was checked for lead by the tenant. The apartment doors had one turn-up lock, no deadbolt locks, anyone could have kicked the door down. I locked my keys in the apartment and gave the door one good push and it opened, not a safe living place at all. She SUCKS....I advice NO ONE TO RENT FROM HER.
