DO NOT hire this company if it is even a company! I am pretty sure it's 1 guy who acts like other people. I Got a quote and all the documents for the move a week prior to moving Then at 4:30pm the night before they are suppose to show up at 8:30 the next morning they call and say they don't actually own the size truck they said and it was going to be $1000.00 more. The so called manager wouldn't even get in the phone so either it's the one guy or this manager is the worst employee ever. Again if you want to get scammed use them.. I will also be calling the Better business Bureau on them. They also go by the name city moving company and citizens moving company

THIS WASNT MY FIRST RODEO WITH A MOVING COMPANY SO I KIND OF THOUGHT I KNEW WHAT TO SUSPECT. THEY WERE ON TIME, THEY WRAPPED EACH ITEM I WANTED SINCE IT WAS RAINING OUTSIDE. THE MOVERS WERE VERY RESPECTFUL AND PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANOTHER FAMILY LOOKING FOR MOVERS ON A BUDGET.

I WAS BEING EVICTED FROM MY HOME I HAD LITTLE TO NO TIME TO MOVE AND I LOOKED UP CHASE MOVING COMPANY AND DESPITE THEIR BAD REVIEWS I CONSIDERED GIVING THEM A CHANCE, GLAD I DID. THEY HELPED MAKE MY MOVE A LOT LESS DIFFICULT CONSIDERING MY SITUATION. THEY WERE AFFORDABLE AND REASONABLE WITH THEIR PRICES. THE MOVERS SHOWED UP ON TIME AND THEY FINISHED THE JOB QUICKER THAN WE BOTH EXPECTED. I DIDN'T HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH THE MOVERS OR THE COMPANY. IF THEY CAN HELP ME OUT WITH MY HIGH DEMANDS EVEN FOR AN LITTLE OLD LADY THEY CAN HELP ANYBODY. WILL DEFIANTLY BE USING THEM AGAIN IF I EVER NEED TO MOVE AGAIN. THANK YOU GUYS SO VERY MUCH

i was very pleased to have utilize chase moving company. they helped me make my transition into my new home very smooth. like a walk in the park. everything came together the moovers were quick and carefully and the staff was there to help me all the way. i really appreciate them. thank you guys again.

TERRIBLE!!! THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! I was supposed to be moved btwn 1:30 an 4:30. I called and called, only to get excuse, no ETA and had the nerve to ask if they could do it the next day. I had to be out that day. I ended up having to rent a uhaul truck at 8pm and beg people to help. On top of that, they didn't give me my deposit back until 4 days later. This was 9/1/15. Do Not use them.

THIS COMPANY MOVED A FRIEND OF MINES AND DID AN GREAT JOB TO ME. I UDERSTOOD THE FACT THAT THE MOVERS HAVE BEEN WORKING ALL DAY AND WAS TIRED WHEN THEY GOT TO ME, BUT THAT DIDNT STOP THEM FROM MOVING ME OR MY THINGS. MY PRICE WAS GREAT THTEY WORKED WITH MY BUDGET AND WAS THERE TO HELP ALL THE WAY. I REALLY APPRECIATE CHASE MOVING COMPANY THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH

I WAS REFERRED TO CHASE MOVING COMPANY FROM A CO WORKER THAT HAD RECENTLY MOVED FROM PONTIAC TO SOUTHFIELD. AND SHE WAS PLEASED WITH NOT ONLY THE MOVERS BUT HOW PROMPT THEY WERE AND CAREFUL WITH THE PACKING OF MY ITEMS. EVEN TAKING THE EXTRA TIME WITH MY FRAGILE ITEMS...I RECOMMEND USING CHASE MOVING COMPANY FOR ALL OF YOUR MOVING NEEDS.

I HEARD OF THIS COMPANY FROM A FRIEND OF MINES WHILE I WAS LOOKING TO MOVE. SHE FOR WARDNED ME ALL ABOUT THE HORRIBLE REVIEWS THEY HAVE BUT SHE STATED " I USED THEM AN THEY DID A GOOD JOB WITH ME" SO I DECIDED TO GIVE THEM A TRY. FROM THE MOMENT I CALLED THE RECEPTIONIST WAS GREAT AT ANSWRING ALL MY QUESTIONS. THEY GAVE ME A QUOTE AND ASSURED ME THAT IT CAN EITHER GO UP OR DOWN AND TO KEEP IN MIND THAT A QUOTE ISNT A DEFIANTLY PRICE. SO I WAS PREPARD. ALL THE QUESTIONS I ASKED GOT ANSWERED AND IM HAPPY. THE MOVERS DID AN OKAY JOB THAT IS UNTIL I CALLLED THEIR MANAGER ON THEM AN THEN THEY REALLY GOT TO WORKING. ONCE WE WORKED OUT THE MINOR KINKS IN THE ROAD EVERYTHING ELSE WAS SMOOTH SAILING. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH FOR HELPING ME.

all i know is that my experience with this company was AMAZING. from them first asking my name down to them telling me have a good night onced they were finished assembling my house together. they truly understand that time is money and i loved them for that. althought we had a bumpy start with the movers at first but once that was situated out eeverything else was smooth sailing. this company did a great job for me and my family. thank you so very much

Wow. Did we use the same company? Chase Employees were both professional and courteous. Aware and just excited about my move as I am. Over charged?? No! Maybe under charged. My biggest worry was that My Great GrandMother's porcelain dolls she passed down would be destroyed upon the move. But I WAS WRONG! They were very careful with all of my things. Assembled everything and even helped me organize a little. Of course I tipped. :-) Satisfied Customer! Treat people how you want to be treated.

This was the most stressful move of my life! The movers and their manager were unprofessional and not kind at all. The manager kept calling his employees idiots. They overcharged me and took 2 additional hours to move my belongings. In total, it took them 5 hours to move a 2 bedroom apartment and they still didn't get everything! The movers smelled awful, I'm mean truly awful, like homeless! I felt so bad for them! All I could do was cry after they left! I was so upset and stressed. It was so bad to the point that I had to contact family to help move the rest of our belongings. And they wouldn't unload until they received full payment. I will never recommend this company! All I wanted was a smooth transition. Moving is stressful enough, but this was the icing on the cake!

Complete Scammers and Liars. I believe all of these "good" reviews (only a few) were planted there by the owners and employees of Chase Moving Co. They quote low then double the charge on the bill, Do your research and google complaints before hiring this scam company. Avoid at all cost! The worst company ever, REAL SCAMMERS!

I used chase moving company Monday sept 8, 2014 and I admit I was concerned after seeing a lot of these reviews but I needed an affordable company so I decided to take the risk. I am very happy that I did!! This company was amazing to me right from the start of scheduling. Of course I asked about the reviews and they nicely explained that it'[s a competetive business so sometimes other companies place the reviews which makes sense if you consider it. They also explained that they have done thousands of moves and everyone gets offered the no standing around gaurantee which means if you have complaints about the movers they send you can call and they will discount your bill which led me to question the reviews even more. Either way my movers arrived on time, they were very friendly and they started working immediately after introducing themselves. When I was given an estimate they explained the possiblity of it being higher or lower. My estimate was $350 - $435 my total cost was $427 and I tipped the movers $20 each. Everything was stated on my contract including my movers names, the time I used and my extra fees. My contract was the bill and proof of everything I paid for. The manager had no problems answering questions I had the day of the move. Very nice and professional company. I would recommend them to anyone in need of moving services.

The Pros - they were available at a drop of a hat.



The Con's - They will double your rate, and won't tell you until the end. They charged me double the actual cost - paid in cash, no receipt, can't get in contact with the company to get a receipt of the charges. Lost $500 in extra fees. Left daughter with nothing, when she had enough to pay them will plus her beginning expenses.



Cost should have been around $400. Was charged $865. Been trying to get in contact with company, to no avail. Read all of the reviews. Be careful. Can use them in a pinch, but know they will double the cost to you, payable in cash only, no receipt and no return phone call.

I WANT TO START OFF BY SAYING THANK YOU CHASE MOVING COMPANY FOR GETTING ME OUT OF MY OLD HOME AND INTO MY NEW HOME WITH NO PROBLEMS, WITH THAT BEING “SAID” HERE ARE SOME OF THE THINGS I WAS WORRIED ABOUT FAR AS UTILIZING A MOVING COMPANY” MY BELONGINGS BEING TOOK FIRST AND FOR MOST, MY THINGS BEING DAMAGED SECOND OF ALL, BEING MILKED FOR TIME AND PAYING AN ARM AND AN A LEG, BUT THANKS TO CHASE MOVERS I DIDN'T HAVE NONE OF THEM PROBLEMS. I REALLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANY ONE.

I have terrible experience with Chase Moving Company on 1/25/2014. Before posting, I took a look at the previous BEWARE reviews and astonishingly realized that Chase Moving Company use same trick to cheat every customer!



I called them and emailed them for quote and clarifications before move. Their customer service, Latrice told me the move will start at the "from" place and stop at the "to" place. Before I chose them, she texted me and gave me half an hour free. I asked her to send me an email as evidence. See below:

I USED CHASE MOVING COMPANY TO MOVE ME AND I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK NOT TO MENTION THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, POLITE AND FRIENDLY. I'VE HAD BAD EXPERIENCE BEFORE WITH OTHER MOVING COMPANIES BUT, I WOULD RECOMMEND CHASE MOVING COMPANY TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS FOR THEIR MOVE.

I had an unexpected move that I had to plan on short notice this past weekend, and Chase Movers rescued me. They were on time, (which I was concerned about when hiring a moving company), and they didn't waste any time. I am so glad I chose to use the company. Thank You All, Shania Dixon
