Our family feels very blessed to have happened upon Dr. Roberson’s practice. Dr. Roberson is an absolute delight who is truly passionate about being a pediatrician. If you ever have an opportunity to meet her, I’m quite sure you will immediately agree. She really takes the time to listen to and answer all of our questions. And, as first time parents, we have LOTS of questions! In my opinion, an exceptional physician is one who is highly knowledgeable AND possesses the ability to communicate that knowledge to the patient (or patient’s parent…as the case may be :) ). We are thankful for the exceptional care our daughter has received thus far at Premier Pediatrics!

I started going to Dr. Roberson eight years ago when my first child was born. I know have four children and I have always been very pleased with her. She always takes the time to listen to me and always knows exactly what to do with my children. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Roberson is wonderful! She has been our pediatrician since my two year old son was born. She takes the time to answer questions and listens to concerns. She is very respectful of our feelings as parents.

We started witih Dr. Roberson when she opened her office about 9 years ago. I needed a pediatrician that would listen to me and help me with my son's diagnosis of autism. I am so thankful for Dr. Roberson! My son has come a long way and thanks to Dr. Roberson, he is doing just great. I don't know where we would be if it weren't for her.

Dr. Roberson is the best pediatrician I've ever had. Due to moves we have had 4 pediatricians in the last 5 years. Dr. Roberson is by far the most knowledgeable and caring. I stumbled upon her when my youngest daughter contracted Salmonella 10 days before I was due with my 3rd child. She helped us rehydrate my daughter at home in order to try and avoid having to hospitalize her, since I was due any day then. She takes her time to listen, calls at home and answers calls quickly. With a new baby coming, treating my daughter was tricky so as not to expose a newborn to the bacteria. Dr. Roberson had alternative treatments to the anitbiotics we could not use and had ways to comfort my daughter that I wouldn't have dreamed of. Plus, her staff is amazing! My kids love the nurses and are never scared to go to the doctor. I can't sing her praises loud enough!

I can’t say enough good things about the doctors and staff at Premier Pediatrics. I am the mom of preemie twin girls so their healthcare is the #1 priority for me. Drs. Roberson and Ram are wonderful people as well as educated doctors. Their staff is so helpful (when I’ve had to take the twins in by myself, their staff has helped me to my car). 1of my twins were sick this Christmas Eve and Dr. Roberson put her cooking on hold to open the office just for us. A few days later I had to take the twins in again for a recheck of their throats and Dr. Ram saw them. A few days later he called me to see how the twins were doing. Not sure where you can find this level of service anymore. I’m originally from NJ and I can tell you our pediatrician’s office there NEVER called to check on my twins. Both Drs. Roberson and Ram take their time with you to answer ALL of your questions and explain everything to you in terms you can understand. Their bedside manner and sincere care for their pat

My wife and I experienced for ourselves how inept this drs office is. First 3 weeks ago we called to get a consultation/interview for our unborn (due in 7 weeks) with Dr Roberson as she had told us to do with any possible new doctor. Her office staff first told us that they dont do that> after a few rude comments by Joyce (the drs front office secretary) she finally agreed to check with the Dr now how long should this take?...How about 2 days later before she called back. We make the appointment and this morning show up for it only to be told the doctor has cancelled all of her appointments for the day. I ask why werent we called to let us know. The people at the desk said we have been so busy.....busy with what? there was not a single patient in the office...1 car in parking lot (ours) so my only guess is the staff was busy on facebook or texting instead of DOING THEIR JOB. Obviously if this is the level of service that the front of house provides then Dr. Roberson must not be much of
