When calling to schedule appt, staff was courteous on the phone and was able to schedule the repair within 48 hours. Upon appt,. day, technician called prior to coming as a courtesy which I appreciated. He arrived promptly and got right to the problem of our washing machine which happened to be a little part that had broke. He repaired it in a quick and professional manner and explained everything to me upon completion. Will be using them again in the future. I would recommend them to others and they do service on post and it's hard to find a company willing to come on post due to the check points they have to clear. Greatly appreciated!
