Terrible customer service. The woman who answered the phone told me in broken English she couldn't give me directions becuse she didn't know where she was and didn't work there. I asked her to put someone else on the phone who knew where they were. The next person got on and told me they were very busy although that wasn't my question. I'm worried how my blood work is being handled when they can't handle a simple phone call
