I bought a $700 leather jacket at the store. Wore it four times and the pocket tore. I brought it back to the store and they told me they could not repair it and I should take it to a shoe repair shop and see if they could fix it. The tailor and sales person were laughing the whole time they are telling me this. I asked for a refund since they could no fix it and was told I would have to come back Tuesday (I work 50 miles away) when the manager was there. The assistant manager was there who happens to be the individual who sold me the jacket. He refused to deal with it. 100% satisfaction? Even at 100% off I was suggest you go elsewhere.
