My sister has been a patient since 2008. We have never had a negative experience & she has been seen at 3 different locations. Friendly, efficient staff, from the paid staff at check in, to the volunteers & especially Dr. Benn & her staff. All at West Clinic have been encouraging & helpful & instrumental in making what was a difficult journey into a much less difficult time. Our precious sister has been told she is in her last weeks of this 9 year cancer diagnosis. She knows our God has her, no matter what. Her spirit & encouragement to all who know her has been inspirational. We thank all at West Clinic for their help & care.

Yea I got treatment and that was all good but when said and done I'm in pain from it they stopped my pain medicine went to see the pain doctor today and he told me just because I smoke and drink beer he couldn't help me I don't have insurance but it wasn't my choice to get cancer now I'm left with pain from the chemo they gave me in my legs and arms this doctor that I seen is the worst one and the rudest doctor I've ever been to his name well starts with a S and last name starts with a K He wears a be little round thing on his head if you know what I mean going to a different doctor that called me about this beware

The clinic from hell. You wait forever to be seen. The front desk people are rude as hell. This one nurse with the long blonde hair has a serious attitude problem. I reported her twice to the manager. I'm not finish. I will go over her head to report her. She disrepected my mother by yelling at her, because she accidently spilled the chemo. She's human. I'm not afraid of her. When people don't report, that's called intimidation. When people report, that's called standing up for yourself. Also, she

had the wrong oncologist.

He needs to stop being greedy and put his attention into his cancer patients. If he can't handle the overload, then he should recommend his patients, to his colleagues.

I have been waiting for 4 hours and no one has even called us back! The ladies are just sitting around talking!
