Deplorable service. Burnt chicken.

Service was deplorable. Surly young blonde waitress was inefficient and visibly annoyed when told our chicken order was mostly charred and inedible. She and "her manager'" refused to credit bill for unacceptable sandwich. Said half of sandwich was eaten (not!) In addition, orders of mac and cheese never arrived, with no apologies. Service with a sneer. Would not return or recommend.

The steaks are juicy, the burgers are great, the atmosphere is very fitting and the price is right. I eat here regularly and tend only to order one thing, but when I do stay and sit down the atmosphere is that of an irish bar. It is also one of the best places to get a drink. recommendations: I highly recommend the Burgers though they can be a little dry, they are promptly put on your plate and can easily be made VERY tasty simply by adding catsup or barbecue sauce or whatever your personal topping of choice for a burger is. Also the steaks are magnifico, tender, juicy, one of the most perfect items on their menu.
