Imperial Oil in South Windsor is a reliable oil supplier. Not only a professional fleet of delivery drivers, but also a highly qualified in-house service staff that are friendly and QUICK! They are a one-stop shop for my home-heating and plumbing needs. Not to mention, they have a great customer service staff. I will continue to use Imperial Oil, and will always refer them to my neighbors.

service call

i used imperial oil to clean my furnace last year with no problem but this year since i don't by oil from them they could care less about doing my furnace unless I sign up for automatic oil delivery. The owner / service manager calls you before he sends workers out for service appointments , he calls you at your work number like 10 mins before your appointment and if you don't answer the phone they don't come . I tried to tell him it takes me 30 mins to get home. I was was told to bad.

Excellent service

My husband and I have used Imperial for 20+ years for both our oil and plumbing needs, with no complaints. Any normal and/or emergency plumbing work was handled efficiently and on a timely basis - and the office staff has always been helpful, friendly and willing to work around our schedules. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an oil or plumbing company.
