Provided by YP.comI sold this company a xenon headlight to an Audi A4. The headlight was tested, marked, and inspected before shipping. I recieve a call 2 weeks later from Jack stating that this headlight was broken. When I recieved the headlight back, parts were repalced with broken parts and a Mercedes Benz bulb. It was clearly tampered with and expensive parts were removed and I was given back a useless headlight. In my attempts to resolve this issue, I called Dallas and Jack on numerous occasions just to be yelled at, called a liar, and hung up on. Very unprofessional! I will never do business with these crooks again. BEWARE OF THESE SHADY GUYS!
We were sold a broken headlight with different parts on it. AZ Enterprises Inc. did not answer our calls for a week, so we notified the credit card company. Credit Card Co. tried contacting them, no answer so they reversed the payment. That's when AZ Enterprises called us after about a month. Mean time we had to find another good used one to finish the job and make our customer happy.
