Took my bike in because it stalled. It was the actuator, covered by warranty. They called and said bike was ready. Picked up bike and could not steer because it was so tight. Brought it back. Was told that the mechanic working on my cranked down way too hard on my steering. Then the bike stalled after that. When I brought it back there was new management. I was told that they got rid of the whole service team due to unethical practices, basically they did no work and charged the warranty company for the repairs. But now the new "ethical"manager says he can't prove who really damaged the bike so he will have to charge me for what is not covered by warranty company! What? You mean you admitted that the previous crew made my bike worse, was unethical and now you're going to try and capitalize on me? Really? If you don't believe this please, read other reviews such as Yelp, ect. Or, you could get ripped off and wish you would have listened to me.

I bought a bike from them at the Fridley location and when I came back to get my car they had it towed to Minneapolis. An absolute joke had to pay over 200 dollars to get my car out on a Saterday night.
