DON'T ADOPT FROM HERE

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. I contacted Pounce and Fetch a couple of days after my cat passed away. I walked to their store and no one was there so I messaged them on Facebook. They told me they don't have normal scheduled hours and I should just come by and knock on the door. I did that 2 additional times, each time no one came to the door. In the last message I sent to Pounce and Fetch, I told them that I am really close by so instead of coming over and no one being there, they could just message me on Facebook when they are there and I would stop over. I got no answer for a week.

Today somebody messaged me saying they were so happy that I stopped by; I did not stop by. I messaged them back and said that because I hadn't heard from them after being really flexible with their schedule, I decided to adopt through a different company and volunteer through them.

From there they started to argue with me through Facebook about it not being their fault that I decided to go with a different company. No apologies, just telling me they weren't at fault, but I was. Some quotes from their messages include, "Well...It's obvious that we are not going to please you in anyway. And we can't be sorry for that because we are simply too busy." or "Sorry we didn't bend over backwards for you...ha ha...guess you're not the kind of customer we want either let's just drop it okay...I know I have better things to do and I'm sure you do too."

It's a shame that a company with such a good cause is run with such poor customer service.
