Trugreen has been very responsive to my weed issues. They have very good customer service and the techs they have are always courteous and professional.

I have enjoyed TruGreen for several years now. Here's how much I've appreciated their service - I bought plans for my son and my son-in-law both last year and this year. So TruGreen not only helps me keep my yard looking great, I find the value sufficient that it keeps their yards looking great too!

Since beginning Trugreen my lawn is thicker, greener, and weed free. The field crew are on time, friendly, and efficient. When I look at the pricing of a comparative program like Scott's Four-Step, I find the service by Trugreen to be price competitive. That tips the balance away from my previous do-it-yourself approach. I am a happy client.

With the fertilization program that is provided by TruGreen my grass is healthy and very luscious looking green.

TruGreen honors its promise to come back every time youre not satisfied with the result of their application.

The Tru Green key to success is it's the quality of their Technicians. Chemicals are generally the same between companies but it's how you apply them that makes a beautiful lawn. My technician listens to me on areas that need some special effort & i can see the results. He is a credit to the company & the "MAN" that makes my lawn look great.

Get involved ... ask questions....TruGreen is very responsive...and will answer all you lawn/shrub questions/issues in a timely manor....and will, if need be, send out an expert or even a manager to help solve you lawn/shrub issue. So don't be shy to call them if you have a concern....... they are very quick to respond and get back to you with resolve ......

The guys are great. They know what they are doing and are willing to explain it to you in normal English.
This alone is something. Customer Service elsewhere seems to be on the way out. Either you can't understand them or they don't care. TruGreen cares and you can understand them.
