Staff was soooo pleasant. Even at 7am!

Our experiences, having gone twice, have been fine. Very short wait, people pleasant enough if you talk to them. We went at 1:30 for a non-fasting medical blood test and breezed right in and out total of 15 minutes, if that. No problems.

Tom is nice.

VM Always Full, hours on YP site Wrong. Apparently don't want business! 3 others drove up as I was leaving!

I went to this testing center and i wouldn't recommend this location to anyone due to the fact that the customer service is horrible. One of the ladies i dealt with was about a white lady, about 5"7", and has curly reddish brown hair. She was extremely rude and talked to several people (including me) as though she was talking to children, all while having a sarcastic smirk. I didn't get her name though i should have. words of wisdom, if you want to be treated with respect DO NOT go to this location (South Pasadena in the same plaza as CVS and Regions Bank).
