I have been dealing with Paul for like 8 years now, and i have never had a problem. I find the quality of service exceptional, also offers a 30 day warranty on any labor. i just recently purchase a DELL XPS laptop here for my business, he found exactly what i need for my video production business and it works fantastic. The Dell XPS renders my jobs in one quarter of the time my Lenovo did.

i had a huge problem with my HP laptop. I installed a virus and had to leave town on Monday 11-11-2013. I called Paul on Saturday afternoon. He work through sat night so i would have my laptop for my trip. Paul you are the man. Thank you so much i am here in Florida and you did a great job.
