I have been coming to this car wash for years. They are very friendly to me and spend time on my car before it running through. My car looks wonderful after!

Awful car wash. Awful customer service. This busines does not value their customers and it shows. Everyone there needs intense and thorough training in Customer Service.

I am only giving Lyon Auto Wash one star because zero is not an option on this rating scale. I am not surprised by the comment left by the reviewer on 12/29. Bad customer service. My credit card was swiped through twice for the one car wash I received. Unfortunately the receipt looked normal so it was undetected until I got home and happened to pull up my bank account online to Pay bills. When I called up to alert them that they charged me twice, the person on the phone (manager/owner) was very rude and uncooperative. He wouldn't let me finish sentences, casually blamed "new employees," and was not willing to be inconvenienced in any way for the mistake his establishment made. The best way to describe the customer service I received would be "non-existent customer service." He actually expected me to come back to the car wash and show him my bank account screen to prove the double swipe occurred. I thought this request was extremely unprofessional when merchants have their own means of verifying this information. What he should have done was to pull the tape on his machine and look for the mistake, then put a credit through. A nice phone call back to me explaining it was taken care of would have been good customer relations, considering it was their mistake in the first place (assuming it was indeed a 'mistake'). But clearly this guy hasn't a clue about how a good business works. Unless you are one to pay cash, which is a dwindling population these days, I recommend you stay away from this establishment with your credit card. I certainly won't be back.

This wash is a great car wash! We always take our cars here and the guys do a awesome job!



Is the owner of Wal-Mart or McDonald's number posted all over their building's????

Maybe you shouldn't be rude to them. We have never had a problem going back around if we have a problem and saying our car didn't come clean. You want to know why? because we don't go around and be rude to them when they have no control over it. Also for FYI getting a number 1 wash for 5.50 and being dirty as crap and not tipping them 1.50 or 2 bucks don't expect to much. Lol common sense my friend

Worst Car Wash



This is the 2nd time we took our car there and both times the car was dirty went back around to speak with someone and they were very rude wouldn't give us the owners number so when my husband came back home he called canton car wash they are affilliated with lyon car wash but the manager there was also very rude. So my advice to everyone who wants a good wash do not take your car to Lyon car wash or Canton cause all you get is ripped off. Also anyone who wants the owners number by law it should be posted on the company's wall so if it is not there they are in violation. My husband went to the newspaper.

The gentleman that was working was really really nice and helpful, sexy too, and i will never go to another car wash again :)

This is the 2nd time I went to this car wash and still had soap all over the back of my car way over priced not worth the money they charge.

Worst car wash ever. Only go there when I'm desperate. The back of the car never comes clean and all the soap does not get rinsed off so you end up with streaks all over your car. The dryers don't do anything. Wish there was another car wash in town!

this is the only place i'll take my car to get washed (insted of me doing it myself) opens early, and closes late. I hope it stays forever
