Do your research on this company, they billed according to how they would make the most money, not what was in the practice's best interest. They are not transparent with billing and cost our facility over $30,000.00 in liabilities to insurance payers. This is not counting the consistent mistakes that cost our organization money on a regular basis; resulting in their inability to communicate internally, follow-up on claims, provide timely billing services, et cetera. Moreover, it was our company that identified wrongful billing that Elevated provided to all clients; they sent out a mass email reflecting the errors that we found. We parted ways with the understanding that monies owed (less than $11,000.00) would be written off due to the issues that arose from their billing practices and advise and in lieu of the massive liabilities left in their wake; this was promised by the owner Jeremy Golesh. Over 12 months later we are in litigation over the amount that Elevated claims is owed despite the previous agreements. If you are looking for transparency, expertise, and integrity, avoid this company.
