When he saw that I was completely pissed about it... even though it was my screw up, he said, "Look, get the correct latch, bring it back in and we'll drill a hole in it, modify it correctly and redo the same camera on the right latch and you can return the other one to (Amazon) where you bought it from no worries! !

I'm going back today, I don't expect any problems whatsoever. All of these guys are really knowledgeable and very kind to deal with !

I don't always use them, but I never have problems with customer service or products... that means the world !! I've got similar scenarios with my "Frankenstein" stereo system, having them fix other peoples screw-ups, fabricated boxes, amps, speaker wire, etc. no wonder they've been in business for over twenty years !!

These guys have been in business for over 20 years! I went to several other places first to get price quotes and then ended up back here. I was really impressed to see not 1 but 2 different guys from the other places I went to for previous quotes show up and buy parts they needed here, I was like wow even their competition shops from them!

I've always had great customer service ! Wonderful experience and the guys are always willing to help make it right even when I screwed up. I bought a new tailgate latch with a camera hole and took it to them to purchase a camera and install it, after they were done with expert installation, I noticed that the camera was facing straight down to the ground , when I confronted the Mgr about it... he kinda laughed and said that's absolutely installed correctly you have bought a "hitch" latch, it's a latch for hooking up a boat or trailer hitch. Do not shop at these stores the quality of the merchandise is very bad. they will take your money and rip you off forget about trying to return they will not give you back your money. please do not shop here or any other High Tech Auto Sound
