I purchase a 2015 Jeep Cherokee did a trade in gave me 22 hundred for the vehicle they sold it for six thousand I owed 3,000 more paid $1,000 for undercoating crappy job took it back had it redone headlight was loose overcharged on my trade and buy $300 had to call the credit union figure out where the extra 300 went while car was in shop bumper got Kris but it didn't happen there I will never buy another vehicle at this place again they tighten the headlight but it does not sit in the correct place tried calling Finance guy Kyle will never return calls I'm done

Purchase complete, no longer their problem. Purchased 2014 Jeep Wrangler Sahara from Josh. They walk you around with bucket introducing everyone to you. Gives you a feeling of family. including a key fob for cheap oil change and free tire rotation, as long as you keep their advertisement license plate on the front, which was screwed into my plastic bumper. Sales mgr. is sneaky snake. I asked no warranty? They said 30 days 3,000 miles. I laughed only had 35k miles. I asked if it was a Canadian jeep, they told me it was. I said no sale. then asked of the extended warranty and what it covers. sold me 5yr, 125k miles for 2600.

if their service is top notch, why is there a chip in the window they couldn't fix. the spare tire is brand new not rotated in, why did they not do tire rotation? Unfortunately noticed after we got home. drove from Belding to South Haven for them to honor what service tech said. no go..want to charge me 5 dollars. i just spent 30k. Im done!

Believe ALL the Low reviews! This place is a chop shop. On the test drive brought up issues with brakes grinding and passenger seat warmer not working. Their "Christian" "God Fearing" owner Rusty is a complete loser. Gave me a whole story about how honest they are and how the vehicle passed all their strict inspections. I've had the car a few weeks and took it in to be looked at. Needs new brake pads and rotors front and back, heating element in seat is shot, will cost about $1,000 to fix. The Slob owner "Rusty" is THE epitome of sleazy used car salesman. Buy a car from them and you'll be the next person writing a 1 star review!

Refreshing to deal with a honest car dealer. Tony our salesman was very helpful.
