Ace Lumber is not ace, terrible instead.

I ordered molding from Ace Lumber and Supply. I hired a pickup truck to pick up the molding. My pickup guy delivered to my site. I found out that one item was missing from the order. I called the next day. A lady answered me and told me that "maybe" his colleague forgot to give that item to my delivery guy. I asked if they can pay for the additional pick up cost, which the lady refused. She reasoned that I can choose either return the item or pick up by myself. I need to pay the additional pick up cost. I asked if I could talked to her supervisor, which she refused, saying that her supervisor could not talk to me.
