I had them come to do several plumbing and heating projects at my home, they are way over priced , and the workman ship was not as good as I'm used too.

Jen in the office is upbeat and efficient (a nice combination). Any work they've done for us has been done well and all questions answered (yup, plumbers that answer questions). I called to get our heating system winterized (we lose power often and don't want our pipes to freeze if we are away) and was scheduled quickly. We asked for a quote and if we go ahead and do the work, that cost will be deducted from the finished project cost. I like this -- I want to pay people for their time AND if we go ahead with the project, we are credited back because they got the job. Win/win for all parties.
