Rude and no sense of customer service, not recommended. For example, i asked if they took american express and the response was "why is that significant", Really? Idiots! Could not even provide an appropriate, professionally written, itemized statement to be forwarded to my credit card as claim for electronics purchased insurance. What do you have to hide? Maybe thats not significant either! keep the $70 i already paid you, you'll need it. I'm also reporting you to BBB
