March, 2013...I called the Champlain Valley Auto at their new locatoin near the airport - in So. Burlington and asked for an oil change and car inspection, they said, sure bring it over... after I waited a half hour for them to work on my car, they told me they changed the oil but "ran out of inspection stickers" and I would have to go to their Colchester location for the inspection.....so I go all the way over there - a good half hour drive for the inspection, the guy was great but turns out the airport location never had inspection stickers and they were not even an authorized inspection station! They could have told me this when I first called and just sent me to the other location in the first place! That was pretty dishonest and I would not recommend that location ever again. The guy in the Colchester location was very nice though but overall I feel this company is not an honest one that puts their costumers first.
