A stately Victorian mansion with original furnishings and stunning woodwork is the highlight of this museum complex, which also includes a children's museum, a gallery of Notre Dame history and an exhibit that chronicles the history of the St. Joseph River Valley. Our museum is also physically connected to the Studebaker National Museum. You can now visit two museums in one place!A stately Victorian mansion with original furnishings and stunning woodwork is the highlight of this museum complex, which also includes a children's museum, a gallery of Notre Dame history and an exhibit that chronicles the history of the St. Joseph River Valley. We visited the museum and the Oliver mansion on December 28, 2014. The tour of the mansion with the reenactors was amazing, and the WW I display was moving. So glad we had the chance to see this before it ended. The permanent display Voyages on the lower floor is always enjoyable. Good local museum.
