(continued from before) excellent, and I would recommend Mason's Heating and Air Conditioning to friends and to family.

I received a call from my tenets saying that they had a carbon monoxide leak at my property in South Bend. I proceeded to call 2 other local companies shortly after 8am that are well known to see if I could get a service tech out to find the problem. I was told someone would call me back....well by midday no call. My tenet was concerned that it wouldn't be fixed, and his family would not be able to stay there for another night. This was a serious problem that did need to be fixed ASAP, he recommended Mason's so I gave them a call. Sure enough, I talked to a very sweet young lady named Hope,and she was also concerned about our problem. She was so helpful, and called me right back within 5 mins to tell me that the service tech could be there shortly. Felix was his name, and he was very nice and fixed the problem and cleaned out the pipes to the boiler system, checked the chimney and made sure everything was running and safe for the tenets to come back home.
